Nathalie helps founder-led businesses align direction, priorities, people, and marketing activity so growth does not depend on the founder managing every moving part. This is not marketing from the sidelines. It is leadership that understands what it takes to build, operate, and grow a business.

Marketing is not separate from the business.

Many businesses treat marketing as a collection of outputs: content, campaigns, websites, emails, social media, ads. But for a founder-led business, marketing is more than output. It is connected to positioning, sales, customer experience, team capacity, operations, trust, and growth.

Nathalie built Hook Strategy Studio from firsthand experience working across businesses, industries, and growth stages. She understands offer development, client responsibility, business development, revenue pressure, and decision-making under uncertainty. She does not advise founders from theory.
Operator experience
Before Hook Strategy Studio, Nathalie built and operated Park and Chill, a themed food and beverage business. Marketing cannot be separated from delivery, operations, customer experience, and capacity. That is what operator experience actually teaches.
Marketing leadership
Nathalie's experience spans founder-led businesses, corporate marketing environments, service businesses, e-commerce brands, healthcare, home services, staffing, retail, and community-led brands. The through-line is not the list of activities. The through-line is leadership.
